Booking payroll and reconciling/managing payroll accounts.
Booking payment to suppliers.
Bank account reconciliation.
Preparing payment schedule.
Processing payments to suppliers accurately and timely based on cash availability.
Controlling/reconcilling Account payables.
Controlling expenses.
Booking/Managing/reconcilling loan accounts, leasing accounts.
Following AR and chasing payment from customers.
Booking receipt from customers.
Filling/managing document tidily and systematically.
Continuing to improve the payment process.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Auditting.
At least 2-year experience in a similar position.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong independent research ability.
Intermediate at English.
Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), accounting softwares.
Careful, Flexible, proactive, dynamic, detail-oriented and transparent.
