Job Description

To take full ownership of preparing, reconciling, and submitting Group Reports accurately, timely, and in full compliance with Group policies and internal instructions. This role acts as a critical link between the local company and the Group, ensuring numbers are not just entered, but fully validated, reconciled, and optimized.

- Gather and review source data, update Group guidelines, and prepare all necessary inputs before the closing period.

- Prepare Group Reports strictly following Group policies, internal guidelines, and management instructions.

- Perform rigorous cross-checking, cross-footing, and formula integrity checks to ensure zero discrepancy and that all figures tie out perfectly.

- Actively address and resolve all queries, follow-ups, and adjustment requests from the Group until the report is fully approved.

- Ensure all analysis in the Group Report is fully consistent with the local company's financial source data.

- Document, track, and archive all report versions, supporting schedules, and reporting histories for every single cycle accurately and on time (period by period).

- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and record lessons learned or edge cases after each reporting cycle.

- Relentlessly test and iterate (trial and error) to find the most optimal reporting method, documenting the pros and cons of each test.

- Partner closely with IT and Accounting teams to automate reporting steps, streamline data flows, and reduce manual errors.

Job Requirement

3+ years of experience in Group Reporting within large corporations or multinational companies (Audit/Big 4 background is a plus).

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

- Proficient in advanced Excel and automated data validation tools.

- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

- Proven experience preparing financial reports under VAS as well as specific Group Accounting Policies.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise Group Reporting software (e.g., Oracle Hyperion HFM/FCCS, SAP BPC, etc.).
