1. Male, age: 30 – 40 years old
2. English: intermediate. Japanese skills will be preferred.
3. Experience:
- At least 05 years of experience in finishing construction, especially office fit-out projects.
- At least 03 years of experience in management positions, cover the performance of 5 or more staff. Experience in Japanese company will be preferable.
4. Skills:
- Excellent task and time management abilities, with proven capacity to handle heavy workloads and multiple priorities effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of interior finishing materials, advanced construction techniques, and ability to select / optimize appropriate methods for complex decorative and fit-out works
- Strong training and coaching skills to develop team members.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Power point...), Google Workspace (Business Suite) and other project management tools.
- Ability to adapt flexibly to business needs in a dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to achieving key goals.
