Assistant Sales Manager | ISO certification & Training (based in Hanoi)

You will lead sales & customer services team in Business Assurance division for driving audit/ certification business in ISO 9000, ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27000, FSC CoC and Training Activities….

• Responsible for the Sales, Customer Services and Project Coordination activities
• Formulate and execute strategies in sales and marketing, customer relations and key account management
• Support BA Sales Team in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets
• Manage scheduling & coordination team to schedule audits that are to meet internal protocols & client expectations.
• Identify, create and follow-up on new accounts as well as new products and market development.
• Work closely with Marketing to develop and maximize the success of lead generation activities, marketing programs and customer focused events
• Work closely with BA regional team to co – execute go – to sales strategy if any.
• Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
• Follow the other works assigned by Head of Business Assurance.

• Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing or its equivalent with at least 05 years of sales management in audit, certification, training or consulting field.
• Strong sales and/or business development track records
• Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and people management skills
• Mature, self-disciplined, and result-driven
• Independent working with high pressure
• Speak English fluently in writing and communication.
