      Job Description

      • Hỗ trợ sản xuất và Changeover / Production Support & Changeover
      • Thiết lập máy móc, công cụ và đồ gá khi thay đổi mã sản phẩm.
        Set up machines, tools, and fixtures during product changeovers.
      • Chuẩn bị trước công cụ và đồ gá nhằm rút ngắn thời gian chuyển đổi.
        Perform tool and fixture pre-setting to reduce changeover time.
      • Thực hiện chuyển đổi và cài đặt máy theo yêu cầu sản xuất.
        Execute machine changeover and setup activities according to production requirements.
      • Quản lý quy trình công nghệ mài / Grinding Process Management
      • Giám sát và đảm bảo các thông số công nghệ mài được thực hiện đúng tiêu chuẩn / Monitor and ensure grinding parameters are maintained according to standards.
      • Phân tích quy trình sản xuất, xác định nguyên nhân gốc và triển khai hành động khắc phục.
        Analyze production processes, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
      • Thử nghiệm, đánh giá và triển khai sản phẩm hoặc quy trình mới.
        Test, evaluate, and launch new products or manufacturing processes.
      • Tham gia các dự án cải tiến nhằm nâng cao năng suất và giảm chi phí sản xuất.
        Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
      • Chất lượng và bảo trì / Quality & Maintenance
      • Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm theo bản vẽ và kế hoạch kiểm tra.
        Ensure product quality compliance with drawings and inspection plans.
      • Thực hiện bảo trì tự chủ nhằm duy trì tình trạng vận hành tối ưu của máy móc.
        Perform autonomous maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition
      • Hỗ trợ xử lý các sự cố liên quan đến máy móc, quy trình và chất lượng.
        Provide troubleshooting support for machine, process, and quality issues.
      • Đào tạo và phát triển nhân viên / Training & People Development
      • Xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo và đào tạo nhân viên mới.
        Develop training plans and provide training for new operators.
      • Hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ nhân viên mới và lao động thời vụ.
        Guide and support new employees and temporary workers.
      • Soạn thảo hướng dẫn công việc liên quan đến công đoạn mài và đào tạo nhân viên vận hành.
        Create work instructions related to grinding processes and train operators accordingly.
      • Quản lý công cụ và dữ liệu / Tooling & Data Management
      • Hỗ trợ quản lý công cụ, đồ gá và vật tư phục vụ sản xuất / Support management of tools, fixtures, and production consumables.
      • Theo dõi mức tiêu thụ công cụ, đá mài và đồ gá để tối ưu chi phí sản xuất.
        Monitor tool, grinding wheel, and fixture consumption to optimize production costs.
      • Ghi nhận, phân tích dữ liệu và lập báo cáo sản xuất.
        Record, analyze production data, and prepare reports.

      Job Requirement

      • Trình độ / Education: Cao đẳng trở lên hoặc tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất cơ khí / College degree or at least 5 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing.
      • Chuyên ngành / Major: Cơ khí, Cơ điện tử hoặc ngành liên quan / Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
      • Kỹ năng / Skills:
        • Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và quy trình công nghệ / Ability to read engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing
          processes.
        • Hiểu biết về máy móc, thiết bị cơ khí và cơ điện / Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
        • Có khả năng hướng dẫn và đào tạo công nhân / Ability to guide and train operators.
        • Phối hợp tốt với đồng nghiệp / Good teamwork and cooperation skills.
        • Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề / Problem-solving ability.
        • Có thể làm việc theo ca khi cần thiết / Willing to work in shifts when required.
