Chuyên viên Đấu thầu và Mua sắm Dự án (Bidding Executive)

• Plan and manage tendering/bidding activities for factory construction hookup, renovation, office, and infrastructure projects.
• Analysis RFQ/RFP documentation, evaluation criteria, and tender schedules.
• Evaluate technical and commercial proposals and perform total cost analysis.
• Procure Project of Facility construction hookup, GA, Logistics, and IT equipment and other services.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, and contracts.
• Monitor contract execution, project progress, acceptance, and payment processes.

1. Educational background:

·       Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Economics, Technology-related major).

2. Experiences:

·       Hands-on experience in Facility construction hookup, GA/Logistic services, and IT hookup.

·       At least 5 years’ work experience.

·       Experience in bidding for several services and construction fields

3. Skills:

·       Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

·       Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, supplier evaluation, and contract management.

·       Strong negotiation, team collaboration, effective communication & presentation skills.

·       Proficiency in MS Office

4. Others:

·       Ability to work effectively across cultures and countries.
