The Job

Salvia Tarot is building a tarot and astrology social media presence and private community for overseas audiences. We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Community Operations who can independently build our community from 0 to 1, coordinate social content, manage community engagement, support KOL collaborations, and set up basic reporting. At this stage, we focus on audience growth, community building, and repeatable operating routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Salvia Tarot's early-stage community launch plan, including platform selection, onboarding flow, community rules, content cadence, and engagement mechanisms.
• Set up and manage communities such as Facebook Group, Telegram and/or Discord, including daily maintenance, posting, engagement, and moderation.
• Work with social content teammates to design posts and prompts around tarot, astrology, relationships, and self-growth that can drive community participation.
• Manage anonymous questions, free engagement activities, weekly themes, and turn high-quality user questions into reusable content materials.
• Identify and contact suitable creators/KOLs and coordinate low-cost collaborations such as shoutouts, livestreams, and co-created content.
• Build a basic reporting dashboard and review weekly follower growth, community joins, anonymous questions, engagement, and KOL collaboration results.
• Create SOPs for community replies, privacy protection, content boundaries, and risk handling to avoid privacy leaks and inappropriate claims.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media operations, community operations, content operations, or creator/KOL collaboration. 0-1 project experience is preferred.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and overseas social platforms; understands community tools such as Facebook Group, Telegram, and Discord.
• Able to independently create a community operations plan, not just execute posting and replies.
• Able to write basic English social copy and communicate with overseas users and creators/KOLs.
• Data-aware and able to track and review content, community, and collaboration performance using spreadsheets.
• Interested in tarot, astrology, healing, self-growth, relationship topics, or wellness content, with awareness of privacy and content boundaries.
• Self-driven and able to propose plans, execute, review, and iterate in an early-stage environment with incomplete information.

• Working hour: From Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
