Job Description

Manage product costing activities, including standard costing, cost allocation, inventory valuation, and monthly cost closing.
Analyze manufacturing costs and variances, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Reconcile inventory transactions and ensure the accuracy of cost accounting records.
Prepare cost analysis reports and collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to improve cost efficiency.
Monitor and maintain accounting records for cost saving projects.
Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor project status.
Support month-end closing, financial audits, and continuous improvement initiatives related to cost and asset management.
Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
Good command of written and spoken English.
