Job Description

Receive and process sales orders from customers and the Sales Team.
Verify order details including pricing, promotions, quantities, delivery, and invoicing information.
Input and confirm orders in the ERP system.
Coordinate with the Logistics and Accounting teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Follow up on delivery progress and customer requirements.
Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and order tracking reports.
Support E-commerce order processing and other assigned projects.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests.
Update customer master data and promotional programs in the ERP system.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related fields.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
Ability to work with multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in Vietnamese; basic English communication is preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage. (Added as a practical requirement for reporting tasks)
