Customer Service & Pricing Staff (Chinese Speaking)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service & Pricing Staff with strong experience in handling export/import shipments, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

·  Handle all import/export shipments by air and sea to/from Vietnam, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

·  Check and negotiate rates with carriers, subcontractors, and trucking providers; prepare competitive quotations for customers and overseas agents.

·  Coordinate end-to-end customer service, including booking, shipment tracking, documentation, invoicing, cost control, and file closure.

·  Liaise with global agents, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment operations and timely customer updates.

·  Maintain accurate shipment data, respond to customer inquiries, monitor market trends, and prepare regular management reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience working in Freight Forwarding/Logistics, preferably at HCMC-based companies.
• Strong understanding of sea freight operations and pricing mechanisms.
• Excellent command of Chinese (spoken & written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet tools.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Good with numbers and reporting.
