Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Internship- Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Intern to support our data-driven operations by building dashboards, managing datasets, automating workflows, and developing internal tools. The intern will work with technologies such as Apache Superset, ClickHouse, Apache Airflow, n8n, Baserow, Appsmith, Strapi, Outline, and GitHub to improve data accessibility, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in business intelligence, data analytics, data operations, and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Apache Superset.

• Query, organize, validate, and analyze datasets stored in ClickHouse.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and scheduled workflows using Apache Airflow.

• Automate repetitive business processes, reporting activities, and data synchronization using n8n.

• Create and maintain structured datasets, tables, and forms in Baserow.

• Develop internal applications, data entry interfaces, and operational tools using Appsmith.

• Maintain structured content, documentation, and knowledge resources using Strapi and Outline.

• Use GitHub for version control, code collaboration, documentation, and project tracking.

• Perform data-quality checks to identify missing values, duplicates, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.

• Collaborate with other departments to understand reporting requirements and translate them into measurable KPIs.

• Document workflows, queries, data definitions, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Recommend improvements to existing dashboards, data processes, and reporting systems.

  Required technical skills

• Basic understanding of data analysis, databases, tables, and data structures.

• Familiarity with SQL and querying relational or analytical databases.

• Understanding of spreadsheets, data cleaning, and data validation.

• Basic understanding of dashboards, KPIs, and data visualization.

• Willingness to learn workflow automation, data pipelines, and internal application development.

• Familiarity with GitHub or Git-based version control is an advantage.
