Job Description

Lead the accounting team’s activities: document, cash flow, cash balance, expense, collection, fixed asset and inventory, budget and forecast;
Provide and interpret financial information, ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial statement, tax reports, management report and variance analysis as required;
Work with internal and external audits, conducting reviews and evaluations for cost – reduction opportunities;
Formulate strategic and long – term business plans by researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance, analyzing change and advise accordingly, analyzing market trends;
Support communication between local government and HQ, developing external relationships with appropriate contacts: auditor, bankers and statutory organization; work with tax department and related authorities regarding tax and legal status;
Train and develop the team to their fullest potential to work delegation, maintain and improve accounting system and procedures;
Play a consultant role to GM for finance and operation matter;
Other duties as assigned by GM

University degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent professional certificates.
Proven qualification of Chief Accountant, ACCA ….
Minimum 5 year experience and at least 02 year experience in leader role and above.
Thorough knowledge in finance, statistics & accounting with good understanding of Vietnamese accounting system
Strong leadership skill and people management skill
Strong negotiation skill.
MS Office skills proficiency
Fluent speaking and written skills in English language.
Be honest, hard-working, friendly and cautious, can work under high pressure and overtime.
