Garment Technical Specialist (work in Bac Giang)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, currently looking for a Garment Technical Specialist (Pattern & Fit, $1200, ID 22761):

• Review buyer Tech Packs, specifications, construction details, measurement charts, and grading requirements; identify technical risks and recommend solutions before sample development.
• Lead the technical development process from Proto, Fit, SMS, PPS, TOP through Production.
• Ensure all samples meet buyer requirements, technical standards, fit expectations, and approval criteria.
• Analyze garment fit and balance during fitting sessions and work closely with Pattern Makers to achieve the required fit, silhouette, and appearance.
• Recommend production-friendly construction and sewing improvements without compromising product aesthetics or quality.
• Ensure products comply with buyer construction standards, workmanship manuals, testing requirements, and technical specifications.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to fit, construction, workmanship, testing, and production.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for technical issues.
• Support continuous improvement in sample quality, technical accuracy, and development speed.
• Upon buyer certification, approve Fit/PPS on behalf of the customer in strict accordance with the buyer’s requirements and instructions

• Bachelor’s degree, under 45 years old, with 3–4 years of Garment Technical Design experience.
• Fluent English, experienced in working with international buyers/partners.
• 3-4 years of experience as the same position
• Strong knowledge of Knit, Soft Woven, Hard Woven, Technical Outerwear & Puffer Jackets.
• Strong skills in Pattern Making, Fit Analysis, Garment Construction, Grading & Troubleshooting.
• Experience working with global fashion brands such as Ralph Lauren, Tommy, Calvin Klein, Aritzia, etc.
• Proficient in Lectra (mandatory), Optitex, Excel, PowerPoint & Adobe Illustrator
