• Đảm bảo tuân thủ nội quy, an toàn lao động, giám sát an toàn xe nâng/ Ensure compliance with internal regulations, labor safety, and forklift safety supervision.
• Lập báo cáo tồn kho, báo cáo nhập xuất tồn/ Make inventory report, import and export report
• Kiểm soát nhập xuất tồn kho/ Controlling in and out of inventory
• Thường xuyên kiểm tra việc ghi chép vào thẻ kho của thủ kho, hàng hoá vật tư trong kho đảm bảo sắp xếp hợp lý, kiểm tra thủ kho tuân thủ các qui định của công ty. Đối chiếu số liệu nhập xuất của thủ kho và kế toán/ Regularly check whether the records on the warehouse keeper's card, the goods and materials in the warehouse are properly arranged, and check that the warehouse keeper complies with the company's regulations. Compare input and output data of warehouse keeper and accountant.
• Trực tiếp tham gia kiểm đếm số lượng hàng nhập xuất kho cùng thủ kho, bên giao, bên nhận nếu hàng nhập xuất có giá trị lớn hoặc có yêu cầu của cấp có thẩm quyền/ Directly participate in the tally of the quantity of goods in and out of the warehouse together with the warehouse keeper, the deliverer and the receiver if the imported and exported goods are of great value or at the request of a competent authority.
• Tham gia công tác kiểm kê định kỳ (hoặc đột xuất). Chịu trách nhiệm lập biên bản kiểm kê, biên bản đề xuất xử lý nếu có chênh lệch giữa sổ sách và thực tế/ Participating in periodic (or irregular) inventory. Responsible for making inventory records, minutes proposing handling if there is a discrepancy between the book and reality.
• Nộp chứng từ và báo cáo cho phòng kế toán theo qui định/ Submit documents and reports to the accounting department according to regulations.
• Đảm bảo các số liệu báo cáo trung thực, chính xác và đúng thời hạn/ Ensure truthful, accurate and timely reporting of data.

+ Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên / Graduated from vocational school and above

+ Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm tại vị trí tương đương / At least 1-year experience in the same position. 

+ Tiếng Anh giao tiếp/ English communication

+ Sử dụng Word, Excel, Powerpoint làm báo cáo / Using Word, Excel, Powerpoint for making report

+ Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề/ Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

+ Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, làm việc theo nhóm, có óc sáng tạo/ Ability to work independently, in a team, with a creative mind
