HSE ENGINEER / KỸ SƯ AN TOÀN LAO ĐỘNG

1. An toàn lao động

Xây dựng và triển khai các quy trình, quy định về ATVSLĐ.

Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro và đề xuất biện pháp kiểm soát.

Kiểm tra hiện trường hằng ngày nhằm phát hiện các hành vi và điều kiện không an toàn.

Theo dõi việc khắc phục các điểm không phù hợp.

Điều tra tai nạn lao động, sự cố và hành động khắc phục, phòng ngừa.

Thống kê và báo cáo các chỉ số an toàn.

Occupational Safety

Develop and implement occupational safety and health procedures and regulations.

Conduct risk assessments and propose control measures.

Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.

Monitor the remediation of non-conformities.

Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Compile and report safety indicators.

2. Phòng cháy chữa cháy

Quản lý, kiểm tra hệ thống PCCC theo luật PCCC.

Kiểm tra định kỳ thiết bị chữa cháy.

Tổ chức diễn tập PCCC.

Phối hợp với cơ quan chức năng khi kiểm tra.

Fire Prevention and Fighting

Manage and inspect fire prevention and fighting systems in accordance with fire safety regulations.

Conduct periodic inspections of fire fighting equipment.

Organize fire prevention and fighting drills.

Coordinate with relevant authorities during inspections.

3. Quản lý môi trường

Giám sát, thống kê, quản lý các loại chất thải, phế, xăng, dầu, điện, nước.

Làm việc với các nhà thầu liên quan  đến hoạt động môi trường.

Environmental Management

Monitoring, compiling statistics, and managing various types of waste, scrap, gasoline, oil, electricity, and water.

Working with contractors involved in environmental activities.

4. Tuân thủ pháp luật:

Luật Phòng cháy chữa cháy

Các Nghị định, Thông tư liên quan.

Chuẩn bị hồ sơ phục vụ thanh tra.

Theo dõi hiệu lực giấy phép.

Legal Compliance:

Ensure the business complies with:

Occupational Safety and Health Law

Environmental Protection Law

Fire Prevention and Fighting Law

Relevant Decrees and Circulars.

Prepare documents for inspection.

Monitor the validity of licenses.

5. Đào tạo:

Tổ chức đào tạo, tuyên truyền ATVSLĐ, HSE định kỳ và đột xuất.

Đào tạo nhà thầu.

Training:

Organize training and propaganda on OSH and HSE periodically and unexpectedly.

Contractor training.

6. Ứng phó khẩn cấp:

Xây dựng kế hoạch ứng cứu khẩn cấp.

Tham gia xử lý các tình huống khẩn cấp.

Định kỳ diễn tập.

Emergency Response:

Develop emergency response plans.

Participate in handling emergency situations.

Conduct regular drills.

7. Quản lý hệ thống tiêu chuẩn hiện có trong công ty

Thực hiện đánh giá nội bộ, chuẩn bị đánh giá bên ngoài.

Manage existing company standards systems.

Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits.

8. Báo cáo:

Lập các báo cáo định kỳ theo yêu cầu của nhà nước: (PCCC, TNLĐ, môi trường,…)

Báo cáo tháng/quý/năm

Reporting:

Prepare periodic reports as required by the government: (Fire safety, occupational accidents, environment, etc.)

Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports

Competencies/skills: Handling situations quickly and appropriately.

Năng lực / kỹ năng: Xử lý tình huống nhanh và hợp lý

Years of experience required in the company: At least 1 year

Số năm kinh nghiệm yêu cầu trong công viêc: Ít nhất 1 năm
