      Job Description

      • Quản lý, cấu hình và bảo trì hạ tầng mạng (UniFi, DrayTek, Darktrace) và hệ thống Wi-Fi doanh nghiệp, đảm bảo tính ổn định và an toàn.
      • Manage, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (UniFi, DrayTek, Darktrace) and Enterprise Wi-Fi, ensuring stability and security.
      • Quản trị Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, File/Print Server và Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, quản lý thiết bị đầu cuối).
      • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, File/Print Servers, and Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, endpoint management).
      • Quản lý hệ thống ảo hóa (Hyper-V), sao lưu dữ liệu và khôi phục sau thảm họa nhằm đảm bảo tính liên tục của hệ thống. 
      • Manage virtualization (Hyper-V), backup, and disaster recovery to ensure system continuity.
      • Triển khai và giám sát các hệ thống bảo mật (Darktrace, BitLocker, Secure Boot) nhằm bảo vệ dữ liệu của công ty. 
      • Implement and monitor security systems (Darktrace, BitLocker, Secure Boot) to protect company data.
      • Quản lý và xử lý sự cố các hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu (MySQL, SQL Server) phục vụ các ứng dụng kinh doanh. 
      • Manage and troubleshoot database systems (MySQL, SQL Server) supporting business applications.
      • Bảo trì và hỗ trợ hạ tầng phần cứng, bao gồm máy chủ HP, UPS, hệ thống CCTV (KB Vision), hệ thống mã vạch (SAT), SCADA và hệ thống chấm công MitaPro. 
      • Maintain and support hardware infrastructure, including HP Servers, UPS, CCTV (KB Vision), barcode systems (SAT), SCADA, and MitaPro time attendance systems.
      • Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật CNTT cho người dùng cuối, xử lý sự cố và lập báo cáo tình trạng hệ thống cũng như sự cố cho Ban quản lý. 
      • Provide IT technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and prepare status and incident reports for management.
      • Xác định các vấn đề của hệ thống, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ, đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục và đảm bảo tuân thủ các chính sách CNTT của công ty. 
      • Identify system issues, investigate root causes, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with company IT policies.

      Job Requirement

      • Có kiến thức vững về mạng và bảo mật, bao gồm UniFi, DrayTek, Darktrace, Routing & Switching, VLAN, Firewall và Wi-Fi doanh nghiệp (RADIUS).
      • Solid knowledge of networking and security: UniFi, DrayTek, Darktrace, Routing & Switching, VLAN, Firewall, Enterprise Wi-Fi (RADIUS).
      • Thành thạo quản trị Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO và Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra ID, Exchange).
      • Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and Microsoft 365 / Intune / Entra ID / Exchange administration.
      • Có kinh nghiệm về ảo hóa (Hyper-V), sao lưu và khôi phục sau thảm họa (Backup/DR), quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu (MySQL, SQL Server) và hạ tầng phần cứng (HP Server, UPS, CCTV).
      • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V), backup/disaster recovery, database management (MySQL, SQL Server), and hardware (HP Server, UPS, CCTV).
      • Có kinh nghiệm hoặc hiểu biết về hệ thống mã vạch, SCADA và hệ thống chấm công (SAT, MitaPro) là một lợi thế.
      • Familiarity with barcode, SCADA, and time attendance systems (SAT, MitaPro) is a plus.
      • Có kỹ năng phân tích, xử lý sự cố và giải quyết vấn đề tốt; có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh ở trình độ cơ bản đến trung cấp.
      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; basic to intermediate English proficiency.
