Support business applications and operational systems.
Hỗ trợ các ứng dụng và hệ thống phục vụ hoạt động vận hành.
Work with users and clients to understand requirements and troubleshoot application issues.
Trao đổi với người dùng/khách hàng để nắm yêu cầu và hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề hệ thống.
Support system testing, bug verification and issue resolution.
Hỗ trợ kiểm thử hệ thống, xác nhận lỗi và phối hợp xử lý sự cố.
Handle IT requests through Service Desk and follow defined SLAs.
Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu IT qua Service Desk theo thời gian SLA quy định.
Monitor basic infrastructure, network and system performance.
Theo dõi hoạt động cơ bản của hệ thống, mạng và hạ tầng IT.
Provide end-user support for PCs, printers, scanners, email and software installation.
Hỗ trợ người dùng về máy tính, máy in, máy scan, email và cài đặt phần mềm.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Application Support, IT Support or Software Development.
Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm về Application Support, IT Support hoặc phát triển phần mềm.
English communication skills.
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh.
Working knowledge of SQL and databases such as MS SQL, MySQL or Oracle.
Có kiến thức về SQL và cơ sở dữ liệu như MS SQL, MySQL hoặc Oracle.
Basic knowledge of Windows, servers, networking and hardware.
Có kiến thức cơ bản về Windows, server, network và phần cứng.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Có khả năng phân tích và xử lý sự cố.
Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, E-commerce or BI tools is an advantage.
Biết ERP, WMS, TMS, E-commerce hoặc các công cụ BI là lợi thế.
Logistics/Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
Có kiến thức về Logistics/Supply Chain là điểm cộng.
