KOL/KOC Booking Executive (Fashion Industry)

Job Description 

• Source, connect with, and develop a network of Affiliate Partners, KOCs, 
• KOLs, TikTok Creators, and Livestream Creators. 
• Negotiate, book, and manage creator partnerships throughout campaign execution. 
• Manage campaign timelines, product seeding, and content delivery schedules. 
• Monitor creator performance, including GMV, ROI, and conversion rates, and 
• propose optimization strategies. 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOCs, KOLs, MCNs, and affiliate partners. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. 

Requirements 

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role. 
• Good English communication skills. 
• Experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, or E-commerce. 
• Experience in the fashion industry (especially activewear/sportswear) is preferred. 
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. 
• Good understanding of TikTok, Livestream Commerce, Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Conversion, and Social Commerce. 
• Familiar with social media platforms and able to quickly identify and adapt to 
• emerging trends, especially on TikTok.
