Kỹ Sư Phần Cứng - Hardware Engineer (Up To AM)

Role & responsibility:

• Hardware(Jig, guider, mechanical parts, Test Parts) incoming /outcoming inspection, operation maintenance.
• Hardware repair/improve (inhouse or outsource).
• Hardware inventory and manage(Quantity inventory, using manual, inspection manual, maintenance manual)
• Hardware design and  design review for new NPI.
• Hardware evaluation/qualification and risk assessment in production.

Background & Technical Skill Required:

• Fabric process: CNC, Welding, Cutting, Molding, Surfacing.
• Fabric material: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, POM... 
• Drawing Design: 2D, 3D drawing design in CAD/Solidworks/Inventor...
• Measurement & Validation (Caliper/Micrometer/Gauge/...)
• FMEA Basics

Major: Mechanical or other technical majors - University level

Language: English in communication

Experience Prefers:

• Equipment Automation Mechanical design engineer in EMES Company.
• Jig & Fixture Design engineer in EMES company.
• Over 5 years experience working in EMES company as mechanical design engineer.
