Job Description

Direct, lead, and control daily operation, the laboratory and its client, thus supporting the goal of providing a service to our clients that is accurate, timely and cost effective.
Implement, maintain, and enforce in the laboratory, the Company’s operating plans for the following:
-        Quality Management
-        Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance
-        Legal and Ethical Compliance
-        Training
Ensure that the laboratory contributes to a fair and reasonable profit for Company.
Communicate and update guideline, SOP.
Develop testing capability of Lab as requested by Global, Buyer, Market.
Support other sections in working flow for chemical/ technical issues.

University degree with major in Chemistry.
ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge.
Good at English communication.
Good verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills.
Protocol, procedure and safety oriented.
Ability to interact with customers of various backgrounds.
Understanding of the significance of the data generated by test methods.
Ability to manage personnel to achieve the quality system, training, safety and financial goals of the office.
Ability to lead and motivate employees to actively support the objectives of the laboratory.
Ability to remain objective in adverse situations with a high level of personal and business ethics.
