Job Description

Build up legal practice to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements in the healthcare/medical sector, business, and labour laws;
Handling Compliance issues, Risk Management issues (company health check, procedures, SOPs) to support Hong Kong IPO;
Handling supporting investment issues, due diligence in SEA;
Handling Dispute Resolution in VN;
Conduct legal analysis, develop Legal framework and propose solutions and processes to deal with legal matters in SEA entities (License, Contract, Data Privacy/Protection, Operation, Dispute resolution, etc.);
Supporting daily operations and governance of SEA and ME entities from the Legal side (review and advise Sales, Procurement, Sponsorship, and Clinical Trials agreements .etc.);
Reviewing documents and supporting for Tenders;
Handling related matters of Lab operations and compliance;
Working and filing dossiers with the competent authorities, including relevant health authorities and health-related agencies, and assisting with other tasks as needed;
Supporting arbitration, litigation, mediation, and Crisis management support (if any);
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
At least 6 years of working experience in legal practice.
Strong knowledge of legal matters, especially in the Healthcare and Biotech industry, is preferable.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team and individually.
Desire to build positive values for the community.
