Mechanical Technician/ Kỹ Thuật Viên Cơ Khí

• Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment at the feed mill.
  Thực hiện bảo trì, bảo dưỡng và sửa chữa máy móc, thiết bị tại nhà máy sản xuất thức ăn chăn nuôi.

• Receive repair requests, inspect equipment conditions, and propose appropriate repair solutions.
  Tiếp nhận yêu cầu sửa chữa, kiểm tra tình trạng thiết bị và đề xuất phương án sửa chữa phù hợp.

• Carry out repairs or coordinate with external service providers when necessary.
  Thực hiện sửa chữa hoặc phối hợp với đơn vị dịch vụ bên ngoài khi cần thiết.

• Inspect machine conditions, analyze problems, and recommend preventive actions to minimize equipment breakdowns.
  Kiểm tra tình trạng máy móc, phân tích sự cố và đề xuất các biện pháp phòng ngừa nhằm hạn chế hư hỏng thiết bị.

• Update maintenance records, repair history, and equipment records.
  Cập nhật hồ sơ bảo trì, lịch sử sửa chữa và lý lịch máy móc, thiết bị.

• Hand over machinery and equipment to the relevant department after repairs are completed.
  Bàn giao máy móc, thiết bị cho bộ phận sử dụng sau khi hoàn thành sửa chữa.

• Strictly comply with safety regulations during maintenance and repair activities.
  Tuân thủ nghiêm các quy định về an toàn trong quá trình bảo trì và sửa chữa máy móc.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Vocational/Technical College or above in Industrial Electricity, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing, or related fields.
  Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành Điện công nghiệp, Tự động hóa, Cơ khí chế tạo, Chế tạo máy hoặc các ngành liên quan.

• At least 01 year of relevant experience.
  Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan.

• Good knowledge of mechanical systems, production machinery operation, maintenance, and repair.
  Có kiến thức về cơ khí, vận hành máy móc sản xuất, bảo trì và sửa chữa thiết bị.

• Able to use mechanical tools and equipment.
  Có khả năng sử dụng các dụng cụ và máy móc cơ khí.

• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
  Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm và có khả năng làm việc độc lập.

• Willing to work in shifts.
  Có thể làm việc theo ca.
