Noi Bai - Air Operation Staff

- Handle booking/document related to shipping activities by air for both import and export cargo
- Liase with customers, agents to send D/O, bill, booking, debit note and other related documents
- Track and tracing domestic trucks and cargo schedule
- Solve customers' inquiry timely and follow up working process
- Other task required by the superiors
- Working Time: After 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri); after 12:00 PM Sat, Sun and public holidays, according to actual operational requirements

- Over 02 years of experience in Forwarding/ Logistics Company
- Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation
- Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and presentation skills
