Operation Manager Assisstant

- Manage operation and maintenance staffs to perform operation and maintenance activities.

- Ensure production line run smoothly and achieve target.

- Ensure HSSE targets to be achieved and comply with company policy, government law.

- Carry out HSSE training for staff when require.

- Optimize production condition.

- Report to plant manager.

- Technical University backgroud (industrial, chemical, mechanical,...)

- 3-5 years experience in chemical/petrochemical/textile...plant, at least 2 years experience as production leader/supervisor.

- Have experience with control room work and site work.

- Have experience to manage maintenance tasks in factory.

- Familiar to perform HSSE activities during operation.

- Self-motivated, open-mind, target orientation...

- Communicate in English or Chinese (Chinese priority)
