Job Description

Lead and develop the overall OTC business strategy and growth plan in Vietnam.
Build the OTC business from the ground up, including product portfolio, distribution network and sales organization.
Identify and develop new OTC products, brands and market opportunities.
Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and pharmacy chains nationwide.
Develop pharmacy and retail channel coverage and drive market expansion.
Lead product launches, pricing, promotion, trade marketing and brand development.
Recruit, lead and develop the OTC sales and commercial team.
Own sales targets, forecasting, commercial investments and OTC P&L.
Monitor market trends, competitors and business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, OTC or consumer healthcare business in Vietnam.
Strong and proven hands-on Vietnam OTC experience.
Proven track record in building and growing OTC business, preferably from an early-stage/new business environment.
Strong network and established relationships with OTC distributors, wholesalers and pharmacy chains.
Proven experience in OTC product launch, commercialization and market expansion.
Strong experience in sales team leadership and commercial strategy.
Solid understanding of pricing, margins, trade marketing and brand development.
Proven experience in managing P&L, sales targets and commercial budgets.
Strong business development, negotiation and leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and ability to build a business, not only manage an existing operation.
