1. Performance Optimization for Media Ads – 80%
Lead end-to-end media ads planning and execution, driving targeted traffic to landing pages for both internal brands and clients
Hands-on management of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on performance and ROI
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative iterations
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CPM, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and provide actionable insights
Planning, ,manage and allocate media budgets efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness
Optimize traffic and performance across internal channels including brand social pages and e-commerce shop malls
Research and stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging performance marketing trends
Ensure all creative assets meet platform specifications and are optimized for performance delivery
3. Other Support as Required – 20%
Support ad-hoc marketing projects, campaigns, or brand activations as needed
Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, e-commerce) to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Contribute to internal reporting, presentations, and marketing performance reviews
