Planning Supervisor

As a Planning Supervisor, you will lead and manage all logistics operations, including warehouse management, transportation, inventory control, production and logistics planning:

• Operational Excellence: Develop plans, oversee, and manage all logistics activities to ensure high efficiency and optimal resource utilization.
• Vendor Management: Manage and evaluate the performance of logistics service providers and transportation vendors.
• Financial Control: Prepare, monitor, and control the logistics budget and overall operating costs.
• Collaboration: Optimize costs, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
• Undertake other job assignments as requested by management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 03 years of experience in a similar role.
• Skills & System Knowledge:
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, inventory control, and logistics planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Office 365, Advanced Excel, Pivot tables, Power BI).
  • Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365BC) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, planning, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Language: Good English communication skills.
