Job Description

Receive approved purchase requests (Food).
Search for suppliers, compare prices and quality to ensure the best deal.
Work directly with suppliers to negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment conditions.
Monitor and update the progress of delivery and receipt of goods.
Coordinate with departments to resolve any issues arising during the purchasing and receiving process.
Conduct monthly supplier evaluations, report the results to Management, and propose appropriate measures to improve the purchasing process.
Conduct market surveys to review input prices, selling prices, and consumer preferences in order to timely add or remove products according to trends.
Perform other related tasks as directed by superiors.
