Job Description

Lead and develop a cross-functional Product Development team, including Design, Sourcing, Pattern Making, Costing and Tooling.
Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
Ensure development milestones, cost, quality and production timelines are achieved.
Identify and resolve technical, quality and operational issues throughout the development process.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, BOM accuracy and material utilization.
Lead the team in alignment with company KPIs and business objectives

5+ years of experience in Product Development, preferably in apparel, footwear or headwear, including proven experience in a Manager/Senior Manager role.
Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end product development, garment construction, fabrics and production processes.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, quality and risk management capabilities.
Good understanding of costing, BOM management, material utilization and ERP systems.
Strong supplier network and experience working with both domestic and international suppliers.
Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences to support commercially relevant product development.
Good command of English.
