Production admin handles office tasks, tracks daily manufacturing data, manages schedules, and helps the operations team stay organized. They bridge communication between the factory floor and management.
Coordinating with Plant Manager
1. Data Entry: Record daily output, material use, and worker hours.
2. Schedule Support: Help type and update production plans or shift timetables.
3. Report Creation: Make daily, weekly, or monthly reports on factory results.
4. Record Keeping: File safety logs, quality checks, and cleaning records.
5. Communication: Answer phone calls, take messages, and share updates with other teams.
6. Stock Tracking: Check office and safety supplies and log raw material requests.
1. Education: High school diploma or a degree in business or administration.
2. Computer Skills: Good with MS Office (Word, Excel) and company software (like AX)
3. Communication: Clear speaking and writing skills to talk with staff and bosses.
English basic speaking (+further learning) is a plus.
4. Organization: Able to track many details at the same time and keep clean files.
5. Food Safety Knowledge: Basic understanding of clean factory rules (GMP/HACCP) is a plus
