Job Description

Receive and process customer orders, and confirm delivery schedules in coordination with relevant departments.
Prepare and coordinate production and delivery plans based on customer requirements, order priorities, and production capacity.
Monitor production and shipment progress to ensure orders are completed and delivered on schedule.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Shipping, and other relevant departments to follow up on order status and address any delays or delivery-related issues.
Update and maintain order planning and delivery status records to ensure accurate and timely information.
Identify potential delays or issues affecting order fulfillment and coordinate with relevant parties to implement appropriate solutions.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Department Supervisor.

College or University degree, preferably in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in production planning, order management, or PMC, preferably in the plastic injection molding/manufacturing industry.
Understanding of production planning, order scheduling, and delivery coordination.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of Chinese is preferred; English communication skills are an advantage.
