Production Planner (9-month Contract)

- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.

- Schedule production activities based on order priorities, machine capacity, manpower, and material availability.

- Monitor production progress, WIP levels, and capacity utilization; adjust plans to meet business requirements.

- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.

- Track in-house and outsourced orders from production through shipment.

- Communicate with Customer Service on delivery commitments, urgent orders, and potential delays, providing recovery plans when needed.

- Monitor planning KPIs (OTD, output, efficiency, WIP, delayed orders) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

Onboarding: As soon as possible. 

- College/University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or other related fields.

- 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.

- Basic English communication skills (reading, writing emails, and simple conversations).

- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with functions such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an advantage.

- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
