  • In-line and final inspection: Manage in-line, end-line and final inspections, and make sure goods are ready for customer and third-party inspections.
  • Measurement and fit: Make sure garments meet size specs, including elastic tension and recovery, and cup shape and fit.
  • Testing and compliance: Arrange physical and chemical testing to customer and EU/US requirements, and manage needle and metal control.
  • Audits: Prepare for and host customer quality audits and inspections.
  • Complaints and returns: Investigate customer complaints and returns, find root causes and follow through on corrective actions.
  • Team leadership: Lead, train and develop the QA/QC team.
  • Reporting: Report quality KPIs to management regularly, such as defect rates, inspection pass rates and customer complaints.

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years of QA/QC experience in the garment industry.
  • Lingerie, swimwear or nightwear experience strongly preferred.
