QA/QC Manager

We seek a knowledgeable QA/QC manager to ensure that construction projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of construction quality assurance and quality control procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in developing, managing, and improving policies, procedures, and guidelines regarding construction quality management, material control, acceptance testing, etc., and establish standardized QA/QC templates for the entire project. 

• Participate in inspecting and evaluating compliance with quality control measures across projects. 

• Coordinate the review and verification of the completeness and compliance of quality records, acceptance records, as-built documentation, and related technical documents. 

• Consolidate quality issues arising from projects, participate in root cause analysis, and propose preventive solutions and improvements to quality management processes. 

• Assist in task allocation, progress monitoring, output quality review, and issue consolidation within the team for reporting to direct management. 

• Provide QA/QC guidance and training to QA/QC specialists and new personnel within the scope of assigned duties. 

• Perform or coordinate the execution of other tasks as assigned by Department Leadership. 

• Fluent in English

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager (from 10 years of experience), preferably in the construction or engineering sector

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field

• Relevant certifications are a plus

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

• Proficiency in quality management systems and software

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
