Job Description

Receive and process warranty (W.A.R.) requests from dealers.
Review warranty claims, prepare adjustment sheets, and coordinate spare parts delivery.
Handle urgent product issues and provide technical support to dealers.
Prepare flash reports, monthly warranty reports, and monitor quality issues.
Support new product and spare parts testing.
Coordinate QA campaigns and quality improvement activities.
Maintain warranty documentation and update related processes and procedures.

Gender: Male, Age: Under 35 years old
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
Have 3 years of experience as a QA staff in the machinery industry (industrial equipment, manufacturing, or automotive).
Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, with experience in handling and processing customer warranty claims.
Proficient in English, particularly technical English.
