QIP Management (Head/Lead)

• Lead QIP strategy and quality improvement initiatives across large-scale footwear manufacturing operations.
• Drive defect prevention, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA and continuous improvement to reduce defects, rework and quality losses.
• Establish and maintain quality standards, process controls and improvement systems in line with customer/Brand requirements, AQL and ISO standards.
• Monitor factory quality performance and lead improvement actions for recurring and critical quality issues.
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, IE, ME, Development and Sample teams to improve process stability and product quality.
• Lead, coach and develop the QIP/Quality team, building strong problem-solving and quality improvement capabilities.
• Coordinate Brand/Customer quality communication, audits, quality reports and corrective actions.
• Drive key quality KPIs including Defect Rate, FPY, Rework Rate, Reject Rate, Customer Complaints and CAPA effectiveness.

• 10+ years of experience in footwear manufacturing, preferably in Quality, QIP, QA/QC or Process Improvement.
• Professional English skills (for corporate reporting and communication). 
• Bachelor's degree or above in Footwear Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong experience in quality leadership within a large-scale footwear manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, quality systems, AQL, ISO, RCA, CAPA and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional quality improvement projects involving Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Experience working with international footwear brands / Tier 1 customers is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
