JOB OVERVIEW:
The QA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the site's Quality Management System and Food Safety programs, ensuring compliance with standards such as BRCGS, IFS, HACCP, and GMP. The role focuses on audit management, customer quality requirements, CAPA follow-up, supplier quality oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives, while also leading training activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality and food safety standards across the operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build up Quality Management System, establish procedures, applied and improvement follow BRCGS, IFS, ofi global standard and customer requirement
Ensure all documents relating to maintenance of BRCGS & Food Safety systems are updated & maintained
Main responsible for internal audit, all audit from 2nd party/3rd party audit, and government agencies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action
Responsible for providing docs / fill technical documentation for onboarding new customers / Key Account Manager’s request
Handling customer complaints, internal quality, processing audits, and preparing quality reports
Work with designated personnel to maintain supplier management
Conduct GMP/ GEMBA walk and follow up to close all findings
To continuously make improvements in quality through a close working relationship with related departments.
Prepare all necessary reports for management on QFS requirements and efficiency
Conduct quality standard training for internal team and external team
Conduct training to enhance team knowledge
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Education: Graduated from University in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, or related majors
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in food manufacturing companies
Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety, and production process
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, BRCGS, Kosher, Halal, Organic…
Planning and conducting process audits
English skills: Good communication
MS Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Management, organization, responsibility
Detail & carefulness
Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member
Willing to work overtime when necessary
