JOB PURPOSE

Manage structural design from preliminary schemes through construction documentation, ensuring structural safety, serviceability, durability, and alignment with project requirements.

Organize and coordinate structural design staff and consultants; collaborate with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure coordinated documentation.

Control design bases, analytical models, calculation reports, and structural drawings; coordinate reviews of compliance with applicable codes, standards, and approved requirements.

Manage structural design scope, schedules, and changes; coordinate scheme optimization against safety, cost, and constructability requirements.

Standardize documentation review processes; apply suitable structural analysis and BIM tools to improve design quality and coordination efficiency.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Review project requirements; prepare structural design briefs defining scope, deliverables, and quality criteria; review geotechnical investigation data and inputs from other disciplines.

Develop phased structural design plans; assign tasks, monitor progress, and coordinate resources to meet delivery milestones.

Manage and review foundation, basement, and superstructure schemes; compare solutions against ground conditions, functionality, safety, cost, and constructability; submit for approval within delegated authority.

Coordinate structures with architecture, MEP, infrastructure, and other disciplines; review column grids, levels, member sizes, openings, and interfaces to resolve design conflicts.

Support structural consultant selection; clarify service scopes, technical capabilities, and deliverables; monitor quality, schedules, and contractual obligations.

Review design bases, applicable standards, loads and load combinations, calculation assumptions, analytical models, member checks, and calculation reports; verify consistency with structural drawings.

Work with cost, procurement, and construction teams to assess quantities, materials, and structural solutions; propose cost optimization without compromising safety, serviceability, or durability requirements.

Manage structural design changes; assess impacts on load paths, foundations, related members, schedules, and costs; arrange rechecks and documentation updates after approval.

Lead structural coordination meetings within the assigned scope; track outstanding issues, coordinate responses to independent design review comments, and report progress, technical risks, and recommendations to the Senior Project Manager.

Coordinate responses to design queries during construction; review shop drawings and structural change proposals; coordinate the resolution of site discrepancies and construction methods affecting structures within the assigned scope.

Provide technical guidance to assigned staff; organize cross-checks, revision control, and archiving of models, calculation reports, and drawings; promote BIM coordination and standardized design control processes.

Perform other structural design management tasks assigned by superiors and the Board of Directors.

Design Director or Project Director, subject to the development direction.

Full time.

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

Quản lý thiết kế kết cấu từ phương án sơ bộ đến hồ sơ thi công, bảo đảm an toàn chịu lực, khả năng sử dụng, độ bền và đáp ứng yêu cầu dự án.

Tổ chức, điều phối nhân sự và tư vấn thiết kế kết cấu; phối hợp với kiến trúc, cơ điện và các bộ môn liên quan để bảo đảm tính đồng bộ của hồ sơ.

Kiểm soát cơ sở thiết kế, mô hình phân tích, thuyết minh tính toán và bản vẽ kết cấu; phối hợp rà soát việc tuân thủ quy chuẩn, tiêu chuẩn và yêu cầu được phê duyệt.

Quản lý phạm vi, tiến độ và thay đổi thiết kế kết cấu; phối hợp tối ưu phương án theo yêu cầu an toàn, chi phí và khả năng thi công.

Chuẩn hóa quy trình kiểm tra hồ sơ; ứng dụng công cụ phân tích kết cấu và BIM phù hợp để nâng cao chất lượng thiết kế và hiệu quả phối hợp.

TRÁCH NHIỆM – NHIỆM VỤ

Tiếp nhận yêu cầu dự án; lập nhiệm vụ thiết kế kết cấu, xác định phạm vi, sản phẩm bàn giao và tiêu chí kiểm soát chất lượng; rà soát dữ liệu khảo sát địa chất và đầu vào từ các bộ môn.

Lập kế hoạch thiết kế kết cấu theo từng giai đoạn; phân công công việc, theo dõi tiến độ và điều phối nguồn lực để đáp ứng các mốc bàn giao.

Quản lý và rà soát phương án móng, tầng hầm và hệ kết cấu phần thân; so sánh giải pháp theo điều kiện địa chất, công năng, an toàn, chi phí và khả năng thi công; trình phê duyệt theo phân quyền.

Điều phối kết cấu với kiến trúc, cơ điện, hạ tầng và các bộ môn liên quan; kiểm soát lưới cột, cao độ, kích thước cấu kiện, lỗ mở và các vị trí giao tiếp để xử lý xung đột thiết kế.

Phối hợp lựa chọn tư vấn thiết kế kết cấu; làm rõ phạm vi dịch vụ, năng lực kỹ thuật và sản phẩm bàn giao; theo dõi chất lượng, tiến độ và việc hoàn thành nghĩa vụ theo hợp đồng.

Rà soát cơ sở thiết kế, tiêu chuẩn áp dụng, tải trọng và tổ hợp tải, giả thiết tính toán, mô hình phân tích, kết quả kiểm tra cấu kiện và thuyết minh; kiểm soát tính thống nhất với bản vẽ kết cấu.

Phối hợp dự toán, mua sắm và thi công để đánh giá khối lượng, vật liệu và giải pháp kết cấu; đề xuất tối ưu chi phí nhưng không làm giảm yêu cầu an toàn, khả năng sử dụng và độ bền.

Quản lý thay đổi thiết kế kết cấu; đánh giá tác động đến đường truyền tải trọng, móng, cấu kiện liên quan, tiến độ và chi phí; tổ chức kiểm tra lại và cập nhật hồ sơ sau phê duyệt.

Chủ trì họp điều phối kết cấu trong phạm vi được giao; theo dõi vấn đề tồn đọng, phối hợp xử lý ý kiến thẩm tra và báo cáo tiến độ, rủi ro kỹ thuật cùng kiến nghị cho Quản lý Dự án cấp cao.

Phối hợp giải đáp yêu cầu làm rõ thiết kế trong thi công; rà soát bản vẽ triển khai và đề xuất thay đổi liên quan kết cấu; phối hợp xử lý sai khác hiện trường và biện pháp ảnh hưởng đến kết cấu trong phạm vi được giao.

Hướng dẫn chuyên môn cho nhân sự được phân công; tổ chức kiểm tra chéo, quản lý phiên bản và lưu trữ mô hình, thuyết minh, bản vẽ; thúc đẩy phối hợp BIM và chuẩn hóa quy trình kiểm soát thiết kế.

Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác liên quan đến quản lý thiết kế kết cấu theo phân công của cấp trên và Ban Giám Đốc.

KHẢ NĂNG PHÁT TRIỂN TRONG SỰ NGHIỆP

Trưởng bộ phận Quản lý Thiết kế Kết cấu hoặc Trưởng bộ phận Quản lý Thiết kế theo định hướng phát triển.

Giám đốc Thiết kế hoặc Giám đốc Dự án theo định hướng phát triển.

Các vị trí phù hợp khác tùy theo năng lực, nhu cầu tổ chức và định hướng của Công ty.

ĐIỀU KIỆN – CHẾ ĐỘ LÀM VIỆC

Toàn thời gian cố định.

Từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (Sáng từ 8:00 – 12:00 trưa, Chiều từ 12:30 – 5:00).

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a relevant structural engineering discipline.

Experience in structural design and design management across multiple project stages; experience coordinating consultants and reviewing foundations, basements, and high-rise structures is preferred.

Sound knowledge of codes, standards, and statutory requirements relevant to structural design; ability to review design bases and coordinate responses to independent design review comments.

Strong knowledge of structural mechanics, reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundations; ability to assess loads, analytical models, stability, displacement, deflection, and serviceability requirements.

A structural design practice certificate appropriate to the scope of work and assigned building types is preferred.

Proficiency in suitable structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or equivalent; ability to review AutoCAD drawings and coordinate Revit/BIM models.

Ability to plan, organize resources, and manage design schedules against project milestones.

Skills in team management, task allocation, technical guidance, and design consultant coordination.

Analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills; ability to balance design requirements, cost, schedule, and constructability.

Strong communication, presentation, and design review skills; ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and work independently when required.

Detail-oriented and responsible, with a verification-focused engineering mindset; prioritize safety and design quality while meeting project deadlines and coordination requirements.

Ability to read technical documentation in English; communication and collaboration with international consultants is an advantage.

RIGHTS

Propose and review structural schemes, materials, and optimization solutions; request consultant explanations of calculation bases, model rechecks, and revisions to documentation that does not meet technical requirements.

Request information needed for design, organize coordination meetings, and recommend resource allocation and consultant selection within the assigned scope; approvals remain subject to the Company’s delegated authority.

Record and escalate professional concerns regarding quality, safety, or compliance risks; refuse unlawful tasks and refer matters beyond the assigned scope to the authorized decision-maker.

BẰNG CẤP – YÊU CẦU

Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật xây dựng, Xây dựng dân dụng và công nghiệp hoặc chuyên ngành phù hợp với thiết kế kết cấu công trình.

Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế và quản lý thiết kế kết cấu qua nhiều giai đoạn dự án; ưu tiên kinh nghiệm điều phối tư vấn, kiểm soát thiết kế móng, tầng hầm và nhà cao tầng.

Am hiểu quy chuẩn, tiêu chuẩn và yêu cầu pháp lý liên quan đến thiết kế kết cấu; có khả năng rà soát cơ sở thiết kế và phối hợp xử lý ý kiến thẩm tra.

Nắm vững cơ học kết cấu, kết cấu bê tông cốt thép, kết cấu thép và nền móng; có khả năng đánh giá tải trọng, mô hình tính, ổn định, chuyển vị, độ võng và các yêu cầu sử dụng của công trình.

Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ hành nghề thiết kế kết cấu công trình phù hợp với phạm vi công việc và loại công trình phụ trách.

Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm phân tích, thiết kế kết cấu phù hợp như ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 hoặc tương đương; có khả năng rà soát bản vẽ AutoCAD và phối hợp mô hình Revit/BIM.

Có khả năng lập kế hoạch, tổ chức nguồn lực và quản lý tiến độ thiết kế theo các mốc dự án.

Có kỹ năng quản lý nhóm, phân công công việc, hướng dẫn chuyên môn và phối hợp với đơn vị tư vấn thiết kế.

Có khả năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề và quản lý thay đổi; chủ động cân đối yêu cầu thiết kế, chi phí, tiến độ và khả năng thi công.

Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày và phản biện phương án thiết kế; phối hợp hiệu quả với các bên liên quan và làm việc độc lập khi cần.

Cẩn trọng, có trách nhiệm và tư duy kiểm chứng kỹ thuật; đặt yêu cầu an toàn và chất lượng thiết kế làm trọng tâm, đáp ứng áp lực tiến độ và yêu cầu phối hợp dự án.

Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành bằng tiếng Anh; giao tiếp và làm việc với tư vấn nước ngoài là một lợi thế.

QUYỀN

Được đề xuất, phản biện phương án kết cấu, vật liệu và giải pháp tối ưu; yêu cầu tư vấn giải trình cơ sở tính toán, kiểm tra lại mô hình và chỉnh sửa hồ sơ chưa đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật.

Được yêu cầu cung cấp thông tin phục vụ thiết kế, tổ chức họp điều phối và đề xuất phân bổ nguồn lực, lựa chọn tư vấn trong phạm vi được giao; việc phê duyệt thực hiện theo phân quyền của Công ty.

Được bảo lưu và báo cáo ý kiến chuyên môn khi phát hiện rủi ro về chất lượng, an toàn hoặc tuân thủ; từ chối thực hiện công việc trái pháp luật và trình cấp có thẩm quyền xử lý các vấn đề vượt phạm vi được giao.
