30% - Supervise shrimp experiments at TAC

• Apply fundamental scientific knowledge to design experiments, methods, procedures to evaluate raw materials properties, new or modified products as well as final application functionality prior to trials.
• Establishes on-going tracking mechanisms and measurement for routine experiments.

30% - Take care shrimp ponds directly

• Follow up the development of shrimp, check the water and/or related works.

20% - Assit and direct report issues at farm to TAC site manager

• Supports TAC Site Manager with the preparation (e.g. ensuring all equipments/materials are available/prompt for usage) and execution of experiments/trials.
• Documents trial results (e.g. record and input data from trials, etc).

20% - Look after for the security and sanitary at farm

• Maintains equipments in optimal working conditions; includes compliance with safety and maintenance regulations.

• Bachelor degree in Aquaculture.
• Having knowledge and 1-2 years of experience in shrimp farming and experiments.
• Willing to work at farm.
• Having skills to solve probrlems during shrimp farming will be preferred.
• Having people management will be preferred.
