Preferred fields of study include Data Analytics, Human Resources, Accountancy or related.
At least 2 years of experiences in roles with analytics/HR relation.
Must have good proficiency in English as this role requires daily English usage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office usage (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, VBA, etc. is a plus.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong sense of accountability, can-do attitude, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
Resilient and persistent in problem solving and task completion.
