Report Checker (Hardline)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Report Checker to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely release of test reports in accordance with client requirements, testing standards, and SGS quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify test reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements and testing programs.
• Compare testing results against customer specifications, technical documents, SOPs, and guidelines before report release.
• Coordinate with technicians, KAMs, and relevant stakeholders to clarify testing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure reports are issued within agreed turnaround times (TAT) while maintaining high-quality standards and minimizing errors.
• Participate in technical and system training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Science, Materials, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry.
• Ability to understand technical documents, testing requirements, and customer specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
