JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Administrator supports daily sales operations by processing customer orders, preparing sales documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This role also assists with invoicing and payment follow-up while maintaining accurate sales records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders, and quotations.
- Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance.
- Monitor customer orders and delivery status.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports and support administrative tasks.
