Responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding potential customer sources for LCL (Less-than-Container Load) freight forwarding solutions.
Establish, strengthen, and optimize long-term business relationships with both existing customers and new partners.
Proactively understand each company's logistics needs and propose the most optimal and suitable transportation solutions.
Develop pricing proposals, prepare quotations, and closely follow up on negotiations to successfully close deals.
Work closely with the Operations, Customer Service, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
Closely monitor shipment status and promptly respond to any inquiries or issues raised by customers/partners.
Regularly update logistics market trends to identify and proactively capitalize on new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare periodic activity reports as directed by management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Transportation, International Trade, Foreign Trade Economics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
1–2 years of practical experience in Sales/Business Development within the Freight Forwarding industry; experience and a strong background in LCL services is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Proficiency in English for daily business communication and handling industry-related documents.
Proactive, passionate, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and perform effectively under high sales pressure.
