Job Description

Company Overview

  • S-DAT TECH Co., Ltd is the exclusive distributor of HAM-LET® Valves & Fittings in Vietnam, providing high-quality instrumentation valves and fittings for Oil & Gas, EPC contractors, energy, chemical plants, and industrial projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer accounts in Oil & Gas, EPC contractors, Clean room, Refinery, Power Plant, industrial plants, and end-user (factory), mainly for gas line system.
  • Promote and sell HAM-LET® valves, fittings, Hoses & Gauges (reference: buy.ham-let.com/products/fittings); Dockweiler Tubing & Fittings; Mega Tubing, Fittings & Valves.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
  • Provide basic technical consultation to customers (product training will be provided).
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Coordinate with technical, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and perform other tasks assigned by management.
  • Make sure payment collection back and provide strong customer service after sales.

Job Requirement

Job Requirements

College or bachelor’s degree in business, Mechanical Engineering, Gas-Line filed, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in:

  • Oil & Gas industry
  • Industrial valves, fittings, or mechanical equipment
  • EPC or project-based sales
  • Clean room or Sanitary field

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage.

Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn technical products.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented mindset.
