Key Responsibilities and Duties

·       Achieve individual booth sales targets by identifying, approaching, and converting exhibitors in assigned industries.

·       Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (minimum 3x coverage) through proactive outbound 

activities including but not limited to calls, emails, LinkedIn and effective communication.

·       Manage end-to-end exhibition sales process, including exhibitor onboarding, documentation, coordination, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth customer experience.

·       Maintain and develop strong relationships with exhibitors to drive repeat business, upselling, and 

referrals.

·       Develop and execute sales strategies for each exhibition/industry, ensuring effective resource 

allocation and target achievement.

·       Lead and monitor team performance, ensuring pipeline quality, healthy conversion rates, and overall sales productivity.

·       Support team members in closing key deals and handling complex negotiations when required.

·       Standardize sales processes and reporting to improve efficiency and forecasting accuracy.

·       Demonstrate strong ownership, resilience, and accountability in a target-driven environment.

·       Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience in exhibitions, events, trade shows, international business, or B2B services is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong B2B sales, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Good leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
  • Strong sales forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
