Job Description

Conduct on-demand teaching sessions.
Observe teachers to evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's professional expertise and teaching skills.
Coach new staff and support the existing team in developing observation skills.
Participate in colleagues' training sessions and provide professional feedback.
Plan and propose budgets for company-level projects.
Assign tasks, train, and supervise project team members.
Monitor progress, resolve arising issues, and coordinate with relevant departments.
Evaluate performance effectiveness and propose improvements after each semester.
Proactively support the Academic team when issues or situations requiring attention arise.
Participate in projects and academic events, and provide support for ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Resolve issues flexibly within 24 working hours.

University degree in TESOL or a related field.
Preference given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Education, TESOL, or Applied Linguistics.
Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, TKT, CELTA) required if the university degree is not in TESOL.
IELTS General score of 7.5+ (with Speaking and Writing scores of no less than 7.5).
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
At least 1 year of experience working in a public school.
Experience working with teachers from diverse countries and cultural backgrounds.
Solid knowledge of language teaching and learning theories, with the ability to apply them to learning material development.
Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, and observation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software/platforms.
Creative, flexible, and open to new challenges.
