Senior Designer Supervisor (Retail Chain)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing retail/interior environments that reflect our brand identity and business objectives. Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts aligned with brand
• guidelines and project requirements.
• Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings
• Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and design mock-ups using SketchUp (and
• other rendering software if applicable).
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design
• intent is maintained throughout execution.
• Conduct site visits for measurement, inspection, and coordination during project
• implementation.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and design revisions efficiently.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (retail/interior design preferred).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and rendering tools (Enscape) is an advantage.
• Excellent sense of space planning, color, and materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in retail, commercial, or experiential design.
• Knowledge of local building materials, fittings, and construction detailing.
• Passionate about design innovation and customer experience.
