- Prepare import and export documentation for the Company’s goods and materials.
- Monitor, coordinate, and settle import-export activities with agents and relevant authorities, including Customs, shipping lines/airlines, and seaports.
- Coordinate international transportation, customs clearance, packing, and material movement procedures.
- Prepare documentation for visas and work permits, and arrange flight tickets, accommodation, transportation, insurance, and other necessary logistics for mobilizing personnel from overseas to Vietnam or from Vietnam to overseas assignments.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including mobilization and demobilization of personnel, machinery, equipment, materials, and vessels for the Company’s overseas projects.
- Prepare procurement documentation for logistics services, including transportation, import-export services, and agency services, and handle cost settlement with suppliers.
* Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or International Trade; preference will be given to candidates majoring in Supply Chain Management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background or working experience in technical, project, and logistics environments, with a basic understanding of machinery, equipment, and materials used in logistics operations.
* Experience:
- Gender: Male; physically fit and in good health; willing to travel overseas for work.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customs documentation and declaration, with solid knowledge of import-export procedures. Preference will be given to candidates holding a customs declaration certificate issued by the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
- Experience in logistics management, including customs declaration, import-export operations, transportation, freight forwarding, and other related cargo procedures.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in coordinating logistics for machinery, equipment, materials, and goods serving technical projects.
* Language:
English proficiency: Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with a minimum TOEIC score of 750 or IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
* Other requirements:
- Professional appearance, good health, honest, hardworking, responsible, cooperative, and enthusiastic at work.
- Willing to work at project sites in Vietnam or overseas, and to undertake other suitable duties assigned by the Line Manager based on individual capabilities and competencies.
