Job Purpose:
The (Senior) Manager, Marketing focuses on corporate branding, public relations, and communications for the Vietnam platform, ensuring full alignment with Group HQ guidelines and global brand standards.
This role acts as the primary marketing lead for the Residential portfolio, while providing cross asset marketing support to Industrial & Logistics (I&L) and Commercial businesses. The incumbent is responsible for driving brand consistency, strengthening corporate reputation, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that support business growth across all asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with brand consultants in developing brand strategies and identities.
- Analyse, develop, and monitor marketing communication strategy for corporate and projects.
- Source and collaborate with vendors for execution of all marketing tools and collaterals for sales and leasing activities.
- Organise and implement marketing communication activities across online and offline platforms.
- Work with creative digital, media, PR and event agencies and consultants to ensure marketing deliverables.
- Research the experience and arrange interview with the customer (if possible) in interacting with Frasers Property and drive improvement.
- Implement and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with each project's objectives and timelines.
- Plans and coordinates photo/video shoots; compiles and maintains photo, video and other collateral libraries.
- Responsible for concept planning and managing events for all the properties.
- Creative Production Supervision: Coordinate with teammates/vendors to ensure timely production of:
- Project brochures, sales kits, POSM, and event materials
- Project introduction videos, animation clips, and teaser campaigns.
- Visuals: 3D renderings, lifestyle shoots, branding visuals.
- Any OOH and advertisements.
- Budget Tracking & Cost Monitoring (develop marketing budgets and track expenditures, ensuring proposals are aligned with financial objectives for management approval).
- Cross-functional Collaboration (communicate regularly with other departments: Leasing, PM, R&D and executives).
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing and communication activity.
- Any other reasonable tasks assigned by Head of Marketing & Communications.
