Senior Pattern Maker/ Nhân Viên Thiết Kế Rập

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and correct patterns from tech packs, sketches and measurements
• Participate in fittings and make pattern corrections
• Check fit, measurements and garment construction
• Work closely with Design, Merchandising and Sample Room teams
• Support sample development from prototype to SMS/PPS
• Provide technical guidance to sample makers
• Apply grading and ensure pattern accuracy
• Identify technical issues and propose practical solutions

• French People Design is a garment design, product development, sourcing and production management company working with international fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Our HCMC office has an in-house Sample Room and develops products including jackets, outerwear, sportswear, activewear, knitwear, casualwear and equestrian apparel.

• 5+ years of experience in garment pattern making
• Strong skills in pattern making, fitting and garment construction
• Jackets / outerwear experience is a strong plus
• Experience with woven and knitted garments
• Knowledge of grading and CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, etc.)
• Good spoken and written English is mandatory
• Vietnamese required for communication with the Sample Room team
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented
